Meaghan first came to the mat in 2011 to help ease the stress of university and a generally anxious mind. Over the years, she's found the breath and asana practice to be a calming guide for the mind, body and soul. She is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, having taken her training at Karma Teachers in Vancouver in July 2015. Through training and regular practice, Meaghan has learned to see the beauty in all of us, and hopes to share that with others through her teaching.
