I offer compassionate and restorative yoga that creates space to slow down, feel and experience each movement, breath and sensation. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and have been teaching since 2015. Trained in the Kripalu style of yoga my personal practice connects me to my body and all the lessons that it has for me to delve deeper into my true self. I offer gentle holds, slow flow, and a focus on breath to guide students to connect to the self. In my classes you will find clear instruction, a touch of humour, and an instructor who genuinely loves finding ways for yoga to work with your unique body.
