Restorative Yoga

This gentle restorative class links the breath with slow movement and prolonged stillness in order to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Supportive props assist you in finding a sense of surrender to allow for deeper calm and release. This healing yoga style is wonderful for people with injuries and/or stress who wish to explore the release that gentle holds bring as part of their yoga practice.
