We offer classes that range in challenge to fit every level

Compassionate Flow

Class is based in Hatha yoga and offers slow, mindful, compassionate breath and movement in order to flow and feel into the body. Suitable for beginners and those wishing for a gentler practice there is space to breathe and feel throughout the practice. Although a gentle practice this class offers opportunities to build strength and flexibility while cultivating calm.
